LITCHFIELD, MN (July 10, 2025) — After six years of working for First District Association (FDA), President and CEO, Bob Huffman, announced his resignation. Huffman started at FDA as president and CEO in July 2019 and has served in other roles in the dairy industry for over 25 years
“On behalf of the board of directors, we want to thank Bob for his dedicated time here and we are very proud of the accomplishments and milestones we have accomplished under his leadership,” said FDA Chairman of the Board, Josh Barka, a dairy farmer from Litchfield, MN. “These accomplishments have allowed us to position both our farmer owners and processing plant to be successful in the future.”
Next steps for bringing in and hiring a new president and CEO have begun and are being led by FDA’s Board of Directors.
