Congratulations Patrick and Rachael Rusch on being named First District Associations 2016 YC Couple of the Year!

Patrick and Rachael will be attending the Joint Annual Meeting of the National Dairy Promotion Council & Research Board / National Milk Producers Federation.  While there, they will be representing First District Association and its Member Creameries at the NMPF Young Cooperators Leadership and Development Program.
